Privacy Policy

The iPhone app

Revoloop does not send your rhythms, app activity, or personal information to us. It has no account system, advertising, tracking, analytics service, or third-party data-collection SDK.

The app generates percussion sounds for playback. It does not record your microphone or request access to your location, contacts, camera, or photos.

Saved wheels and chains

Your saved wheel names, rhythm patterns, instrument assignments, tempos, and current chain are stored locally in the app. Revoloop does not upload or synchronize them to a server operated by us.

You control these creations through the app’s save, delete, and chain controls. Deleting a saved wheel also removes its references from the chain. Clearing the chain does not delete your saved wheels. Removing the app deletes its local app data; offloading the app may retain it.

Your device’s backup or restore services may include app data, depending on your Apple settings. Those services are managed by Apple, and Revoloop does not provide its own cloud backup or sync service. Manage device backups separately in your Apple settings.

When you contact support

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message and attachments. Your email app and our email provider handle delivery and storage of that correspondence.

We use support correspondence to respond to your request and troubleshoot reported issues. We do not use it for advertising or sell it. Correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations. Contact us to ask about or request deletion of information you have provided; legal obligations may require us to retain some information.

Contacting support is optional. No support email or personal information is required to create or play rhythms.

Purchases and Apple services

Apple handles App Store purchases and payment details. Revoloop does not receive your payment-card details. Apple may process purchase, diagnostic, or usage information under its own settings and policies. Information Apple makes available through developer reporting is separate from the app’s local rhythm storage.

Website and external links

The companion website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or an account system. Loading a website sends technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, and requested pages, to its hosting provider so it can deliver and protect the site. Hosting providers may process this information in operational or security logs.
